## Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing the operating plan, supporting strategic decision making, and working cross-functionally on key initiatives that will help shape the future of a $1 billion Series D company backed by Insight Partners.

Responsibilities:

- Build and update the company’s driver-based long-term financial model, leveraging your strong understanding of key financial drivers to form the company’s operating plan.

- Provide department leaders with ongoing financial insights, analysis, and partnership on decisions to accelerate growth.

- Own the management of Glia’s financial planning tool.

- Prepare materials and narratives for Board of Director meetings, executive-level financial reporting packages, and internal executive meetings.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of prior experience in SaaS FP&A.

- Strategic and creative problem solver with strong attention to detail.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with NetSuite, Salesforce, and Tableau.

- Experience using and managing a company’s financial planning software platform.

- Extensive experience collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large volumes of data.

- Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
