## Description

Aramco is seeking a Senior Counsel to join the Global Manufacturing Law Department within the Downstream Law organization. As a trusted advisor, you will lead and advise on general corporate and commercial contracts matters, including shareholder and governance issues, drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements, and ensuring compliance with corporate governance standards.

Key responsibilities include providing corporate secretarial leadership, assessing shareholder issues, performing comprehensive support for downstream client contracting and purchasing functions, coordinating affiliate legal reporting, and assessing internal policy compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized program, current admission to general practice before the highest court of the state or country of which they are a citizen or resident, and a minimum of 12 years relevant work experience, including 6+ years with a strong law firm, large corporation, or other sophisticated business organization.
