## Description

We are seeking two experienced Teaching Assistants to join our team at The Cedars Primary School, which caters for children with social, emotional and mental health needs.

The successful candidates will have experience working with pupils with SEMH needs and/or neurodiversity, and be able to build strong, consistent relationships with children and families.

The post is a fixed term contract until the end of July 2027, with the possibility of becoming permanent in the next academic year.

The salary range is £31,290 - £35,109 per year.

Responsibilities:

- Work with pupils with SEMH needs and/or neurodiversity

- Build strong, consistent relationships with children and families

- Work flexibly and adapt approach while maintaining clear boundaries, routines and expectations

- Be resilient, reflective, and able to keep a sense of humour and perspective

- Be motivated by improving the life chances of vulnerable learners
