## Description

Sodexo is seeking a Building Maintenance Supervisor (Electrical Qualified) to join their team on a FIFO basis from Brisbane to Weipa, QLD.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining residential properties and village infrastructure, supervising a team of qualified tradesmen and subcontractors.

Key responsibilities include:

- Maintaining facilities and overseeing preventative and reactive maintenance activities

- Leading and supporting a team of qualified tradespeople, subcontractors, and schedulers

- Preparing reports for clients and stakeholders, participating in audits, and acting as an escalation point for issues

- Managing the cost centre P&L and ensuring compliance documentation is accurate and up to date

Requirements include:

- Trade qualifications and certificates in Electrical work, with QBCC accreditation essential

- Ability to travel safely, physically fit, and able to work long shifts

- National Police Check and pre-employment medical required

- Sound understanding of statutory acts, regulations, and codes
