As a Senior Art & Design Career Manager, you will lead a department of managers, lead creatives, and individual contributors across multiple art and design disciplines.

Your responsibilities:

- Provide direct line management, coaching, and career development for Artists and Designers.

- Define, refine, and champion clear career pathways and promotion criteria.

- Partner with executive leadership on studio-wide headcount planning and recruiting strategies.

- Organize mentorship programs and skill-acquisition initiatives.

- Navigate workflow and tool transformations, focusing on change management and high-impact tool integration.

- Cultivate a high-trust, diverse, and inclusive studio culture.

Requirements:

- 10+ years of professional experience in game development, VFX, or creative tech industries.

- 5+ years of direct people leadership experience.

- Mastery of People Operations, including career pathing, goal setting, and performance evaluation systems.

- Change management expertise and talent acquisition strategy experience.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills and strategic communication abilities.
