## Description

We are seeking a motivated Family Law Solicitor to join our team at Co-op Legal Services. As a qualified solicitor, you will manage a variety of new and existing family caseloads end-to-end with a client-focused approach.

**Job Details**

- Salary: £34,000 to £48,000 dependent on experience

- Performance incentives: up to £15,600 per year, paid quarterly

- Location: Hybrid working between home and one day a week in the office, with options in Manchester City Centre, Bristol, Stratford-Upon-Avon, or Sheffield

**Responsibilities**

- Take ownership of a mixed caseload of family matters, undertaking active negotiation to get the best results for clients

- Use our case management system to record information accurately

- Meet individual and team chargeable time and profit cost targets

- Draft and audit legal documents and correspondence

**Requirements**

- Qualified as a solicitor or CILEX qualified, with experience in handling privately funded family law matters

- Strong experience with matrimonial finance cases

- Proven experience of working towards and meeting chargeable and billing targets

- Good general IT skills, including use of a case management system

- Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with all types of people and provide excellent customer service

- High level of attention to detail and great organisational skills
