## Description

Syneos Health is seeking a Principal Site Contract Lead to work in Poland. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all activities associated with developing and negotiating R&D site contracts.

The role involves advising study teams on country-specific characteristics related to site contracts, preparing and negotiating site contracts, and ensuring compliance with regulations and laws.

Key responsibilities include:

- Preparing, distributing, negotiating, and driving to execution site contracts

- Escalating significant risks to the business to appropriate sponsor colleagues

- Making independent business decisions within scope of authority

- Ensuring clinical contracts are negotiated within Fair Market Value guidelines

- Identifying potential risks and managing issue resolution

- Providing status reports to internal and external parties

- Evaluating changes to contracts and escalating relevant requests to legal and business partners

- Participating in drafting and revising contract templates

- Driving department-specific initiatives and projects

- Creating back-up and mitigation plans to manage potential risks
