## Description

The Area On Premise Manager is responsible for leading the On Premise team in the assigned region to achieve business plan objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Live the Red Bull On Premise culture and be a brand ambassador

- Communicate effectively with Musketeers, National On Premise Manager, and other stakeholders

- Activate events and ensure high-quality execution

- Manage the area and develop the team to drive growth

- Administer the regional On Premise budget and fulfill reporting requirements

- Develop and implement regional On Premise marketing strategies

- Train, coach, motivate, and assess the Musketeer team

- Seek out and engage potential qualified candidates

Requirements:

- University degree in business, marketing, or similar

- 3-4 years of sales experience with a strong track record of success

- 2-3 years of management experience in the On Premise beverage industry

- Strong analytical, planning, and financial skills

- Fluent in written and spoken English

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
