## Description

As a Technical Program Manager at Anduril Industries, you will be responsible for leading projects from start to finish, working closely with customers and engineering teams to shape products that solve critical national and international security challenges.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Ownership: Leading projects from start to finish, assuming high levels of responsibility, and owning your account and shaping its success.

- Embed/Engage: Working side-by-side with customers to understand their specific mission challenges and representing the customer as you work with Anduril engineers to shape products.

- Build/Orchestrate: Collaborating with Anduril engineers to build solutions and pivoting development as needed to meet client needs.

- Plan: Developing, coordinating, and communicating the path to success with both internal and external partners.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in project management, a willingness to learn, and excellent communication skills. You should also be comfortable with setting and achieving goals in an amorphous environment and able to manage concurrent priorities in a fast-moving environment.

The ideal candidate will have a B.S. in Electrical, Computer Science, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent, and 7+ years of relevant military experience. They should also have experience with the deployment and integration of sophisticated hardware and software systems, as well as experience with building and leading cross-functional teams.
