## Description

We are seeking a Lead Consultant, Systematic Reviews/Evidence Synthesis to join our global team. As a Lead Consultant, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of systematic literature reviews and evidence synthesis projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet client requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing projects and ensuring quality deliverables

- Establishing and maintaining client relationships and leading proposal development

- Providing oversight of resourcing, staff development, and departmental growth

- Contributing to business development and proposal processes

- Mentoring junior reviewers and providing training and support

- Leading publications and scientific communications

- Directing, managing, and being involved in proposal writing, project work, and client liaison

- Supporting senior leadership in implementing business strategies

- Being part of the management team of the global practice

Requirements:

- Master's degree or higher in public health, health economics, or a related quantitative discipline

- Experience in designing and leading systematic literature reviews and evidence synthesis

- Significant relevant industry or consultancy experience

- Demonstrable experience of people management and business development

- Proven management experience, particularly in leading a team of junior analysts

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and high self-motivation

- Leadership potential
