## Description

We are looking for a Production Technician to join our rapidly growing team in Santa Ana, CA. This role involves assembly and integration of mechanical and/or electrical components. As a Production Technician, you will be responsible for following detailed blueprints, schematics, and instructions to assemble products or systems. You will use various hand tools and power tools to put components together and combine different subsystems or components into a larger, functioning system.

Key responsibilities include:

- Following detailed blueprints, schematics, and instructions to assemble products or systems

- Using various hand tools and power tools to put components together

- Combining different subsystems or components into a larger, functioning system

- Ensuring compatibility and proper communication between integrated components

- Maintaining detailed records of assembly processes, test results, and any issues encountered

- Following safety protocols and procedures in the workplace

Requirements include:

- 1+ years of experience working in a manufacturing setting (aerospace, electronics, or medical industry is preferred)

- Proficient with common hand tools and power tools such as pliers, wrenches, screwdrivers, depth micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, pressure gauges, multimeters, test boxes or specialized test equipment

- Proficient with computer use (standard browser, word processing applications)

- Able to read a wiring diagram and follow assembly instructions

- Ability to rapidly change roles/responsibilities while working in a high-paced, challenging work environment

- Ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written) with engineering and production

Preferred qualifications include:

- Demonstrated experience with many aspects of aircraft or ground systems fabrication, repair, assembly, and operation including structural fabrication, integration, composites fabrication, and avionics build/integration/test

- Mechanically assemble complex electro-mechanical assemblies, high quality wire harnesses, test racks, junction boxes, and associated components involving hand soldering and component fabrication

- Perform validation and testing of various electronic components using equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, network analyzers, and test racks

Salary range is $23-$34/hour for Production Technician/Level 1, $25-$38/hour for Production Technician/Level 2, and $29-$43/hour for Production Technician/Level 3.
