## Description

Join GSK as a Medical Operations Intern and gain practical experience at the interface of data, operations, and governance in Medical Affairs.

As a Medical Operations Intern, you will support administrative and operational activities, including monitoring indicators, systems, and projects in the area.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the collection, verification, organization, and updating of medical area data and indicators

- Assisting in the preparation of analyses and implementation of performance indicators (KPIs)

- Helping with the elaboration, updating, and organization of documents, reports, and presentations

- Supporting the monitoring of project timelines and pending actions

- Contributing to the organization of documents and records used in medical governance monitoring

- Suggesting improvements and supporting initiatives for process simplification and continuous improvement

We are looking for students with:

- Intermediate Office skills

- Intermediate English skills

- Previous experience or contact with medical or healthcare environments

- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented profile

- Availability to intern in a hybrid model in Jacarepaguá for 6 hours a day
