## Description

Fragomen Philippines has an exciting opportunity to join the firm as a Business Immigration Consultant, focused on providing end-to-end immigration support and advisory to clients.

**Responsibilities**

- Performs a wide range of varied case/matter-related duties requiring specialized knowledge/skills in employment-based immigration matters

- Responsible for seeing each case through from end to end

- Advises clients on Philippines immigration regulations, procedures, and requirements, and policies

- Maintains good communication and relationship with clients' main contacts and ensures that they are kept fully informed on progress of cases

- Reviews instructions and information for each new case and advises clients and assignees accordingly, including identifying key issues that may impact start date of assignment, immigration formalities, and visa requirements

- Researches, prepares, and formulates advice for clients

- Maintains constant contact with clients and local authorities responsible for processing immigration applications

- Ensures accurate, complete, and technically correct immigration applications are submitted in a timely manner

- Manages case work efficiently and effectively within agreed timeframes

- Is fluent with case management and/or other reporting tools, internal policies on risk management, and technologies used to manage data and information

- Updates the firm's case management system and maintains client files in accordance with the firm's practice protocols and service level agreement

- Assists in compiling metrics/reports as required under contractual agreement with clients

- Attends to invoicing on completion of each case

- Participates in conflict resolution and management of client expectations

- Develops, maintains, and encourages a positive development of relationship with clients and other stakeholders

- Ability to troubleshoot issues and support management when client escalations arise

- Works with moderate supervision/guidance and is accountable for individual results and impact on team

- Ability to mentor/guide junior-level case workers

- Participates in business process improvements, technical training, and other projects as required

**Qualifications & Experience**

- A good degree in any discipline with 3 to 4 years of Philippines immigration work experience (preferably)

- Ability to demonstrate attention to detail

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Achieves a high level of productivity

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with competing demands

- Meets assigned deadlines and communicates case progress/status/issues to supervisor

- Demonstrates flexibility and initiative regarding assignments for self and team

- Ability to contribute to a positive work environment
