## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at The Galleries Washington, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and support sales growth.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, particularly in M&S Food products, to make recommendations and drive sales

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment

- Adapt to changing demands and priorities, including working across various areas of the store

This role involves working early mornings, specifically Wednesday to Saturday from 04:00-08:00, and may require working up to full-time hours during peak periods.

In return, you will receive a competitive hourly rate, plus a £3.00 per hour unsocial premium for hours worked between 22:00-06:00.
