## Description

Mastercard Loyalty Solution, a leading provider of loyalty and rewards services, is seeking a Director, Product Management, Customer Acquisition and Engagement.

The successful candidate will develop and manage the rewards platform product for local issuers, work with the global rewards product team on product design, development, and implementation, and become an expert on best practice loyalty.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and managing the rewards platform product for local issuers

- Collaborating with the global rewards product team on product design, development, and implementation

- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain expertise in loyalty and rewards

- Providing recommendations to the business model to ensure relevance and responsiveness to the Greater China marketplace

- Achieving budget and program KPIs, including driving sales and managing margins

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or above

- Extensive experience in the rewards/payment industry

- Good communication skills

- High energy level and goal-oriented

- Proven project management skills and attention to detail

The role also requires adherence to Mastercard's security policies and practices, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of information, reporting any suspected security violations, and completing periodic mandatory security trainings.
