## Description

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at our Las Vegas location. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to develop and implement treatment plans to help them recover from injuries or manage chronic conditions.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct initial evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and goals

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs and goals

- Provide direct patient care, including exercises, manual therapy, and education

- Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure coordination of care

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans
