## Description

Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in Operations in Salisbury. You'll work behind the scenes to keep our stores running smoothly, focusing on stock, deliveries, and ensuring the shop floor is full, clean, and ready for customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage stock and deliveries efficiently

- Ensure the shop floor is well-stocked and clean

- Work flexibly across the store as needed

- Use digital tools to track deliveries and manage stock

- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a smooth operation

**Requirements:**

- Digital confidence and ability to use digital tools

- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Commitment to teamwork and supporting colleagues

**Working Hours:**

- Sunday: 17:00-21:00

- Tuesday: 18:15-22:15

- Thursday: 18:15-22:15

**Additional Information:**

- Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December

- This role involves working through the night, so applicants must be over 18 years old
