## Description

Fin, now part of Salesforce, is looking for a GTM Recruiter to support strategic hiring and contribute to the team's growth and success.

You will drive full-cycle recruitment for positions across GTM and G&A teams, partner with leadership, and be a strategic talent partner and advisor across the organization.

Responsibilities:

- Partner with Fin's leaders and Hiring Managers to understand their needs.

- Influence and advise stakeholders on their recruiting approach, strategy, and processes.

- Create diverse and robust pipelines and attract and convert talent through creative sourcing tactics.

- Attract and convert passive talent through effective and authentic storytelling of company strategy and business goals.

- Leverage data to diagnose challenges in a search, proactively create and execute solutions, and influence and advise stakeholders.

- Provide an excellent candidate experience and serve as a trusted partner.

Requirements:

- 4+ years of full-cycle GTM/Sales recruiting experience in a high-growth tech environment.

- Expertise and talent market intelligence across business teams (GTM and G&A functions).

- Creative recruiting approach and capable of attracting and converting talent.

- Proven track record of partnering with GTM leaders to meet and exceed hiring goals.

- Data and metrics-driven, ability to use data to inform decisions.

- Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.

- Passion for building and managing diverse pipelines.
