### The Role

- Manage full life cycle implementations of S/4 HANA in the area of SAP Finance and/or Controlling.

- Evaluate business requirements, identify relevant SAP capabilities and best practices.

- Plan, prepare and execute Fit-Gap / Fit-to-Standard Workshops.

- Design and adopt solutions for identified gaps and business process improvement measures.

- Ensure system implementation together with near-/offshore team members.

- Act as a sparring partner for the client and project management responsibilities.

### Requirements

- At least 8-10 years of experience in this area.

- At least 3-5 full project lifecycles of work experience in the area of SAP FI/CO /FSCM.

- Profound finance and controlling process experience combined with the ability to translate business requirements into system design specifications.

- Must have implementation experience and hands-on configuration knowledge.

- S/4HANA project experience and/or certification.

- Preferably experienced in international template rollout projects.

- Higher education degree in economics, information technology or equivalent.

- Experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences.

- Broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Project-related mobility/willingness to travel.
