## Description

We are seeking a Process & Requirements Analyst-VP to play a critical role in transforming the bank through disciplined business analysis, requirements management, and process design across complex change initiatives.

The successful candidate will independently facilitate stakeholder discussions, capture and translate complex business needs into clear documentation, map current-state journeys, and shape practical future-state designs.

Key responsibilities include:

- Identification and analysis of business problems and client requirements that require change within the organisation

- Development of business requirements that will address business problems and opportunities

- Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure that proposed solutions meet their needs and expectations

- Support the creation of business cases that justify investment in proposed solutions

- Conduct feasibility studies to determine the viability of proposed solutions

- Support the creation of reports on project progress to ensure proposed solutions are delivered on time and within budget

- Creation of operational design and process design to ensure that proposed solutions are delivered within the agreed scope

- Support to change management activities, including development of a traceability matrix to ensure proposed solutions are successfully implemented and embedded in the organisation

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to crystallize requirements and problem statements

- Experience with business analysis and requirements management

- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, agile environment

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Experience with process mapping and improvement

- Knowledge of technology change and governance

- Ability to define realistic positive and negative test scenarios from requirements and process analysis

Preferred skills:

- Experience in Human Resources, Workday, or process transformation environments

- Highly experienced in writing detailed specifications in business English and working with global stakeholders

- Experience supporting United Kingdom-based teams is highly desirable

The role will primarily be based in Chennai, India, with Pune accepted as a secondary location. Core hours for this role are 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST, with flexibility required for key afternoon meetings. There is a policy to attend the office 3 days in a week on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of every week.
