## Description

We are seeking a Distributor Partner Manager to join our Sales team in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. As a Distributor Partner Manager, you will be responsible for managing distributor partnerships, developing key accounts, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage goals for On Premise indicators, including volume and execution

- Monitor and analyze results, creating action plans as needed

- Manage department budgets, including planning and partial results monitoring

- Participate in On Premise development processes and Key Account new client acquisition

- Lead the reporting process for Latam and Global teams

- Orient regional teams, leading deliveries and ensuring information quality

Requirements:

- Field experience in consumer goods companies working with distributors/indirect channels

- Hands-on profile with planning, attention to detail, systemic vision, sense of urgency, ability to scale and take risks, logical thinking, leadership, criticality, and dynamism

- Office Package domain, especially Excel and Power Point

- Advanced English
