## Description

We are seeking a skilled Travel & PERM Physical Therapist to join our team in Denton, Texas. As a Travel & PERM Physical Therapist, you will work closely with patients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve their mobility and function.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct initial assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs and goals

- Provide hands-on therapy sessions to patients, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions

- Communicate regularly with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure effective care coordination

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and treatment plans

Requirements:

- Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Texas

- Experience working with patients with a variety of conditions and needs

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in an outpatient rehabilitation setting

- Certification in a specialty area, such as sports medicine or pediatrics

- Bilingual or multilingual skills
