## Description

Ninja Van is seeking an Executive, Fulfilment (Key Account Management) to own and manage client relationships, handle day-to-day operations, and provide technical fulfilment expertise.

Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain client relationships, providing customer support and ensuring satisfaction

- Manage change requests, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and communicate learnings

- Prepare presentations, negotiate contracts, and handle inquiries

- Provide technical fulfilment expertise for clients

- Create customer retention strategies using value propositions and continuous improvement

Requirements:

- At least 1 year of experience in sales, business development, account management, customer success, or operations

- Experience in 3PL logistics, particularly fulfilment and warehousing

- Track record of providing excellent service

- Diploma or degree in any field

- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and creativity

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, English, and Bahasa Melayu
