## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, working through the night at Aberdeen Union Square.

You'll provide five-star service, recommend and sell new food products, and use digital tools to enhance the customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

- Delivering exceptional customer service at pace

- Confidently recommending and selling M&S Food products

- Utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Working flexibly across various areas of the store

- Contributing to a positive, high-energy team environment

Working hours:

- Wednesday: 22:00 - 08:00

- Thursday: 22:00 - 08:00

- Friday: 22:00 - 08:00

- Saturday: 22:00 - 08:00

Note that a +£3.00 p/h unsocial premium is added for hours worked between 22:00-06:00.

Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
