## Description

We are seeking an Accountant to perform financial analysis and reporting for our business operations. You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling monthly financial closings, audit and regulatory reporting, operational reporting, and ad hoc reporting.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Analyze and reconcile key financial reporting measurements with the FP&A Team, Ops Finance, and Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse

- Prepare and analyze regulatory reporting requirements on a quarterly basis

- Work closely with the finance community to clear ICO out-of-balance items and finalize ARM recs within agreed timelines

- Support the Treasury Team with tasks such as deposit placement, cash monitoring, and transfers

- Analyze and reconcile ledger accounts monthly, and prepare quarterly and year-end exhibits

**Requirements:**

- 3+ years of expertise in general ledger accounting, full month-end close, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliation

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Audit; CPA or equivalent qualification preferred

- Prior healthcare industry experience strongly preferred

- Strong analytical and communication skills, with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

- Microsoft Office experience
