## Description

We are seeking an experienced Property Loss Adjuster to join our team, managing a varied caseload of Domestic and Commercial property claims across a range of values and complexities.

As a Property Loss Adjuster with Davies, you will take ownership of claims from start to finish, working closely with policyholders, clients, and other stakeholders to deliver a proactive and high-quality service.

## Key Responsibilities

- Manage a range of claims of varying complexity and value, ensuring that policyholders, stakeholders, and clients are regularly updated.

- Process all invoices and approve estimates within 3 working days of receipt or agreement.

- Issue interim fees during the claim life cycle as required.

- Ensure accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records.

- Identify cases of possible fraud and recoveries, referring them as necessary.

- Prepare, check, and approve reports for clients in accordance with agreed SLA's and formats.

- Build good working relationships with clients and staff, both internally and externally.

## Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

- High level of Property Loss Adjuster experience.

- Recognised professional qualifications at a diploma level (or working towards).

- Accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical approach.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Demonstrable experience of organising and managing own workload.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.

- Excellent time management skills.

- 5 Grade A-C's GCSE's or equivalent, including Maths and English.

- Willingness to work nationally on occasion with overnight stays.

- Preparedness to work on standby on a rota and during busy times at weekends and public bank holidays.
