## Description

Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in Operations, you'll be the backstage powerhouse of our stores.

You’ll be responsible for stock, deliveries, and all the vital behind-the-scenes work that ensures our shop floor stays full, clean, and ready for our customers to shop.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing stock and deliveries

- Maintaining a clean and organised store environment

- Working flexibly across the store as needed

- Using digital tools to track deliveries and manage stock efficiently

- Being a team player and supporting colleagues across the store

Flexibility is vital. You'll work across the wider store where needed – always keeping up with the pace and demands of retail.

**Work Pattern:** Week 1: Sunday: 14:00 - 20:30 Wednesday: 14:00 - 20:30 Friday: 14:00 - 20:30 Saturday: 14:00 - 20:30

Week 2: Tuesday: 14:00 - 20:30 Thursday: 14:00 - 20:30

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
