## Description

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team in Seoul, South Korea. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for onboarding, upselling, and cross-selling to existing customers, building strong relationships, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless transition and onboarding experiences

- Build active relationships with customers to establish mutual trust

- Successfully execute the entire sales cycle for growth opportunities in existing customer accounts

- Act as an advisor to help customers effectively utilize Datadog solutions

- Monitor usage trends to identify renewal risks and increase adoption rates

- Facilitate interdepartmental collaboration between internal teams (support, product, finance, legal)

Requirements:

- Excellent communicator with attention to detail

- Motivated to build long-term relationships

- Driven by the desire to create visible impact through work

- Customer-centric with a focus on delivering value

- Experience in negotiating contract terms for upsell/cross-sell activities and overcoming price objections

- Proven track record of achieving account expansion goals based on portfolio growth and retention performance
