## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Hempstead Valley, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively under pressure, and drive sales growth.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Deliver outstanding customer experiences, ensuring customers feel valued every time they shop with us

- Provide expert knowledge of M&S Food products, making recommendations and driving sales

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive team environment, supporting colleagues to deliver seamless customer experiences

- Adapt to changing demands, working flexibly across various areas of the store

**Working Hours:**

- Sunday: 18:00-00:00 (through the night)

- Tuesday: 08:00-14:15

**Additional Information:**

- The role involves working late nights, and applicants must be 18 years or older

- A £3.00 per hour unsocial premium is added for hours worked between 22:00-06:00

- Due to operational requirements, successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December
