## Description

We are seeking a Nurse to join our Patient Support Program (PSP), designed to improve the quality of life, functional autonomy, and therapeutic adherence of patients.

The PSP offers a multidisciplinary approach that coordinates nursing services with other services such as psychology and nutrition, ensuring patients have access to these specialised resources.

As a Nurse in this program, you will provide direct support in nursing consultations and coordinate patient care with other programme services (psychology, nutrition, etc.), working closely with specialised professionals.

**Requirements:**

- Nursing qualification and registration with the Nursing Association

- Previous experience in patient support programs (critical requirement)

- Familiarity with adverse event communication and reconciliation processes (pharmacovigilance)

- Knowledge of Good Practice Codes and Ethical Codes

- Proven experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce or others)

- Conversational English
