## Description

We are seeking an experienced Capture Manager to drive high-value opportunities across our focus markets in the UK public sector. As a Capture Manager at Leidos, you will be accountable for winning a specific business opportunity and providing leadership to the Capture team through to award of the contract.

Responsibilities:

- Define the customer engagement management strategy and engage senior company executives in contact activity as required

- Personally engage with customers and stakeholders to understand their challenges, constraints and desired outcomes

- Lead the development of winning strategies that differentiate us, are competitively focused and are compelling to the client and their requirements

- Assemble a high-performing Capture team that brings relevant expertise and capabilities

- Work with the Bid Manager to develop a high-quality proposal

- Lead internal stakeholder management through stages of deal governance

- Lead post-submission activities and support the programme team as required

Requirements:

- Proven experience securing new business in the UK public sector

- Ability to sell multi-discipline IT and system integration solutions

- Strong understanding of sales and capture strategy

- Demonstrable business development and sales capture leadership

- Experience in Capture/Pursuit leadership

- UK Security Clearance is required for this role
