## Description

We are looking for a Lead Salesforce Developer to join our Business Technology and Transformation (BTT) team. As a Lead Salesforce Developer, you will collaborate with other developers, architects, admins, QA, and release and Engineering managers to deliver new innovative solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions, including Apex, Lightning, and VF pages

- Mentor and guide team members on their assignments

- Follow design, architecture, and development best practices

- Perform code reviews and participate in deployment processes

- Troubleshoot issues using Developer Console, Workbench, and other tools

- Analyze Salesforce Debug Logs for errors and performance issues

- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce technologies and best practices

Requirements:

- 10+ years of Salesforce solution, design, and development experience

- Advanced experience with sharing, security, visibility, data models, Flows, and other Salesforce platform features

- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud

- Experience with Salesforce CPQ configuration and implementation

- Experience in the Quote to Cash Domain

- Leadership experience in leading a team of developers

- Advanced understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
