## Description

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes across Latin America.

This professional will serve as a trusted business partner to hiring managers, driving talent attraction and acquisition efforts aligned with organizational needs while ensuring an outstanding experience for candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes, from intake meetings through candidate hiring.

- Conduct alignment meetings with hiring managers to understand business needs, candidate profiles, and recruitment strategies.

- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent across different Latin American markets.

- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and act as a consultant throughout the selection process.

- Manage offer negotiations, approval processes, and position closures.

- Ensure a positive experience for candidates and leaders by maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout all stages of the hiring process.

- Partner with global teams, Human Resources, and other support functions to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

- Support continuous improvement projects, automation initiatives, employer branding programs, and strategic Talent Acquisition initiatives.

- Recruit for positions across various levels and complexities, including specialized and regional roles.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment.

- Experience acting as a consultative partner to hiring managers and business leaders.

- Experience recruiting across multiple countries within Latin America.

- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and candidate sourcing tools.

- Experience conducting competency-based interviews.

- Strong ability to analyze recruitment metrics and performance indicators.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proactive mindset with a strong results orientation.

- Advanced English proficiency
