## Description

IOM is seeking a Project Development and Donor Liaison Officer (P) to support the coordination and facilitation of project development, donor and institutional reporting in the fields of migration management, emergency response, and liaison activities with government, UN agencies, and other stakeholders in line with IOM's regional and country strategies.

The successful candidate will contribute to the development of results-based programs and projects, concept notes, and project proposals. They will review resource requirements, document programmatic needs, gaps, and opportunities, and support the endorsement process for concept notes and project proposals.

Key responsibilities include:

- Contributing to project development and donor reporting

- Supporting effective working relationships with donor counterparts and project partners

- Researching potential funding opportunities and drafting donor profiles

- Providing technical inputs and support for project development and donor reporting

- Maintaining accurate records of project development and donor reporting files

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in International Relations, International Development, Political or Social Sciences, Migration Studies, Law, or a related field, with two years of relevant professional experience. They will also have experience in supporting results-based project development and reporting, technical writing and editing, and donor relations and grant management.
