## Description

We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our team in Adana. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing distributors, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and develop relationships with distributors to achieve sales targets and growth

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and challenges

- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and customer engagement

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing and supply chain teams, to ensure alignment and effective execution

- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

- Provide training and support to distributors to enhance their capabilities and knowledge

Requirements:

- University degree in a relevant field

- At least 5 years of experience in sales and distribution in the FMCG industry

- Good command of English

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
