## Description

We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to join the team at Bishops Wood Hospital, part of Circle Health Group.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a local sales and marketing strategy to support the hospital's business growth targets.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and implementing a local sales and marketing strategy

- Identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships with referrers

- Conducting regular outreach visits, calls, and events to promote hospital services

- Working with consultants to support the growth of their private practice

- Planning and executing local marketing activities

- Managing the hospital's online presence

To be considered for this role, you should have:

- Proven experience in a sales, marketing, or business development role

- Strong interpersonal, networking, and relationship management skills

- Ability to work independently onsite with a self-starter mindset

- Skilled in event planning, campaign coordination, and local outreach activities

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

- Confident with data analysis, reporting, and CRM platforms

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software/tools

- Experience working in or with private healthcare providers, hospitals, or clinical teams

- Understanding of healthcare sales, patient referral pathways, or consultant marketing support

- Degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Management or related field

- Experience with digital marketing, social media management, or content creation

- Knowledge of compliance regulations related to healthcare marketing
