## Description

We are seeking a Field Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in Upper Egypt. As a Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for building the local face of Red Bull in the region, creating and implementing marketing initiatives that align with global and national strategies.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and execute local marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and sales

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key influencers, opinion leaders, and partners in the region

- Manage and coach a team of Field Marketing Specialists to ensure successful implementation of marketing initiatives

- Collaborate with national and regional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across marketing efforts

- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform marketing decisions

- Manage budgets and resources to achieve marketing objectives

**Requirements:**

- 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in sports, events, or culture marketing

- 3+ years of line management experience with expertise in hiring, training, and motivating teams

- Experience working with commercial teams, including sales and trade marketing

- Strong leadership, planning, and project management skills

- Excellent communication and networking skills

- Ability to multi-task and work in cross-functional teams
