## Description

We are seeking a Sales Trainee to join our team in South San Francisco. This training role is designed to prepare you for the Account Sales Manager role. As a Sales Trainee, you will support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the Account Sales Manager during vacation, sickness, injury or special projects.

### Responsibilities

The Sales Trainee will work with management to maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for all large and small format 'off premise' stores. You will service all customers in a safe, productive and professional manner in compliance with Red Bull executional standards.

#### Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in a training program to develop skills for the Account Sales Manager role

- Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage as needed

- Build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper rotation to ensure fresh product

- Establish and maintain friendly and professional relationships with customers to increase sales and selling

- Obtain all tools to execute the daily plan and effectively communicate with Account Sales Managers

- Meet daily KPIs focused on sales, distributions, pricing, display, new accounts and merchandising

- Support the team with audits, blitz, building of displays, merchandising to drive sales

#### Requirements:

- Valid US Driver's License and obtainment of DOT Medical card

- At least 21 years of age

- Experience in customer service and sales is a plus

- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays

- English; additional languages an advantage
