## Description

We are seeking an Assistant Manager, Product Development & Marketing to join our team in Kuala Lumpur.

As an Assistant Manager, Product Development & Marketing, you will assist in the end-to-end product development and marketing for bancatakaful/partnership channels. You will also support the team in data analytic study and reporting to inform product planning and development.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting the development of family takaful products from ideation to go-live

- Drafting product collaterals for internal approval and ensuring compliance with Shariah principles and regulatory guidelines

- Assisting in the preparation of submission papers and supporting documents for product approval

- Performing and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for applicable systems and platforms

- Supporting post-product launch activities, including post-implementation follow-up and enhancement items

- Managing bank partner and external stakeholder engagement on product-related matters

- Coordinating product campaigns with vendors, bank partners, and internal teams

- Conducting competitive benchmarking and market analysis to stay abreast of industry trends

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product development within the insurance/takaful industry

- Good understanding of Takaful models and Shariah principles

- Excellent analytical and communication skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and UAT processes
