## Description

We are seeking a Front Office Tribe Lead to define and lead the strategic vision, product strategy, and long-term roadmap for the Front Office ecosystem. You will enable colleagues to serve clients more effectively and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Define and lead the strategic vision, product strategy, and long-term roadmap for the Front Office ecosystem

- Develop and communicate a compelling narrative for the future of Front Office productivity

- Own the product portfolio and investment priorities across the tribe

- Drive simplification, workflow optimisation, AI enablement, and operational efficiency across colleague journeys and business processes

- Build strong partnerships with Front Office, Operations, Technology, and Executive stakeholders

- Lead a multidisciplinary organisation spanning Product, Design, Engineering, Data, and Delivery

- Lead major transformation initiatives and ensure product teams and delivery leadership translate strategic objectives into scalable products, journeys, and capabilities

- Champion modern product management, human-centred design, and agile ways of working

- Define and own measurable outcomes and success metrics

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for large-scale digital platforms or colleague-facing ecosystems

- Strong track record of influencing senior executives and building consensus across complex stakeholder groups

- Experience creating compelling business cases, strategic narratives, and investment propositions

- Demonstrated success leading large-scale change involving multiple products, teams, and technology platforms

- Strong commercial and outcome orientation, with a history of translating strategic ambition into measurable business value

- Familiarity with Private Banking, Wealth Management, Financial Services, or other highly regulated industries
