## Description

Howden is seeking a talented Client Assistant RCA for their Verona branch on a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.

The successful candidate will handle back-office activities related to managing client insurance contracts, update existing projects daily, manage portfolio deadlines, send documentation to clients and companies, and archive useful documents for optimal contract management.

Requirements:

- 1-3 years of experience in insurance brokerage or an insurance company

- High school diploma or bachelor's degree

- Good knowledge of MS Office

- Priority setting and good work organization skills

- Precision, proactivity, and flexibility

- Team-oriented attitude

- Objective-oriented and proactive spirit

- Excellent relational and empathetic skills for collaboration with colleagues, clients, and companies

Salary and Benefits:

- Fixed-term contract with a gross annual salary between 28,000 and 32,000 euros, based on experience and qualifications

- Ticket restaurant worth €8.00 per working day, including smart working days
