## Description

We are seeking a high-caliber professional to join our team as Manager, Collections.

Principal responsibilities:

- Lead, plan and co-ordinate projects including offshoring migrations, process reviews, and system and manpower related issues

- Provide prompt responses and recommendations on credit policies

- Initiate and manage legal proceedings against debtors

- Ensure all legal recovery activity is conducted in line with Group standards and regulatory expectations

- Represent the bank at hearings as required

- Liaise with the Official Receiver’s Office / Outside Trustee on bankruptcy related matters

- Handle and manage external solicitor firms

Requirements:

- University degree in a related discipline OR other relevant qualifications

- Minimum 5 years' managerial experience in credit risk or complaint handling and project management

- Good understanding of portfolio management techniques

- Strong interpersonal / leadership skills

- Proficiency in both English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua an advantage
