## Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bank Teller at our location in Bergisch Gladbach.

As a Bank Teller, you will be responsible for managing the daily cash balance, handling customer transactions, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing the daily cash balance and handling customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and foreign currency exchange

- Providing exceptional customer service and supporting customers with transactions, administrative tasks, and digital services

- Promoting digital services, such as online and mobile banking, to customers

- Contributing to the success of the branch by actively scheduling appointments and referring customers to financial advisors

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A completed commercial education or a qualification as a bank clerk

- A reliable and team-oriented work style with a strong focus on customer service

- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, confident demeanour

- First experience in appointment scheduling and referral of customers to advisors is desirable

- Basic knowledge of private customer products and digital services is beneficial
