## Description

CoreWeave is seeking a Sr. Data Scientist to lead the transition to a centralized, production-grade database system. The successful candidate will design, build, and maintain robust end-to-end data pipelines and transformations that aggregate data from across the organization. They will also enable advanced analytics, support AI agent development, and cross-functional synthesis.

Key responsibilities include:

- Architect scalable pipelines to unify disparate metrics into a single, accurate source of truth

- Enable advanced analytics through real-time and near-real-time dashboards for operational capacity and demand managers

- Support AI agent development by ensuring data pipelines are architected to synthesize complex data and inform high-stakes infrastructure decisions

- Cross-functional synthesis with Data Center Operations, Supply Chain, Product, and Finance to ensure technical pipelines accurately reflect the physical realities of data center bring-up and node health

The ideal candidate will have a Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field, with 6+ years of professional experience in data engineering or data science. They will have expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL, and experience with modern data stack tools and software development best practices.
