## Description

As a Facilities Operations Technician at SpaceXAI, you'll operate and maintain critical facility systems powering supercomputing data centres.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure site safety and environmental compliance for MEP infrastructure.

- Provide operational expertise for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.

- Conduct routine inspections to maintain performance measures.

- Write and execute MOPs, SOPs, EOPs.

- Perform daily inspections of critical systems.

- Identify and maintain spare parts inventory.

- Coordinate scheduled system shutdowns.

- Develop energy monitoring metrics.

- Support commissioning efforts.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical or 2+ years of hands-on operations/facilities work experience.

- Knowledge of mechanical or electrical engineering principles and systems.

- Experience with critical systems documentation.

- Strong troubleshooting skills.

- Experience with PLC-based control systems and Building Management Systems.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

- Lift up to 50 lbs.

- Utilise hand tools and power tools.

- Work in tight quarters.

- Lift up to 35 lbs. unassisted.

- Work at elevated heights.

- Work in extreme outdoor environments.

- Flexible shifts for 24x7 coverage.

- Pre-employment drug and random drug and alcohol testing.

- Pre-employment and annual post-employment background checks.

- Valid driver’s license.
