## Description

The Director of Recruiting Operations and Systems will lead the strategy, evolution, and execution of the technology, systems, and operating model that powers hiring across Datadog.

You will oversee Recruiting Operations, Recruiting Technology, and AI Enablement for the recruiting team, supporting approximately 200 recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators.

Key responsibilities include:

- Defining and executing the long-term goals and roadmap for recruiting tech stack

- Leading multidisciplinary teams to adopt a progressive, AI-native approach

- Applying product management principles to drive experimentation and improvements

- Establishing responsible AI governance and automation initiatives

- Partnering with People Analytics teams to inform business decisions

- Collaborating with stakeholders to drive platform adoption and compliance

Requirements:

- Significant leadership experience in recruiting operations, people technology, or comparable fields

- Proven success in leading complex technology transformations with measurable impact

- Strong experience with recruiting vendors, ATS configuration, and workflow automation tools

- Analytical and systems-thinking skills with ability to translate data into priorities

- Experience leading managers and individual contributors

- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
