## Description

Join Salesforce's Qualified team as a Software Engineer on the Software Factory team. This team makes coding agents dependable in Qualified's codebase and plans, implements, ships, and monitors work. You'll shape this work from the ground up, shipping to demanding internal customers from day one.

**Responsibilities**

- Make the monorepo agent-native with instruction files, skills, and progressive disclosure

- Build the feedback loop with session telemetry, evals, and PR review analysis

- Own the agent sandbox with a full dev environment in a container

- Evaluate and integrate orchestration that starts agent work from various sources

- Build guardrails for agent work merge with less human hands-on time

- Teach the engineering org to work with agents day-to-day

- Own delivery from design through launch, monitoring, and iteration

**Requirements**

- Heavy daily user of coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, etc.)

- Experienced building developer tooling or developer experience

- Comfortable owning a containerized environment end-to-end

- Able to turn messy signals into a specific fix

- Experienced leading engineers to deliver complex systems

- Pragmatic about build versus buy
