## Description

We are Accor, a world-leading hospitality organisation with a diverse portfolio of brands and experiences. We are seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our team at Tribe BH in Belo Horizonte, Brazil.

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting and welcoming guests, providing information and assistance with check-in and check-out procedures

- Managing room assignments, providing keys, and directing guests to their rooms

- Handling guest complaints and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner

- Maintaining accurate records and feeding information into our system

- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

- Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- A degree in Hospitality or a related field

- Intermediate English language skills

- Familiarity with hotel reception procedures and software

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Desirable qualifications include:

- Previous experience in a similar role

- Fluent English and intermediate Spanish language skills
