## Description

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Part-Time Maintenance Technician to help keep our hotel running smoothly and looking its best.

In this role, you'll contribute to the upkeep of our hotel by supporting maintenance and repair efforts, assisting with preventative maintenance, and helping ensure our property, equipment, and grounds remain safe, comfortable, and welcoming for guests.

## Responsibilities:

- Learn and demonstrate the ability to maintain property assets, working with the Chief Engineer to understand preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, routine inspections, and capital expenditures.

- Assist and respond to guests' requests in a friendly and positive manner, providing the highest level of service.

- Assess and evaluate property assets through preventative maintenance, recommending maintenance service solutions.

- Follow B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group's standard operating procedures, learning and executing on all engineering SOPs.

- Work collaboratively with all others, contributing to the efforts of other departments when necessary.

- Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group, brand, local, state, and federal regulations.

- Produce the required volume of work by planning, organizing, and prioritizing work duties.

## Required Skills and Experience:

- High School diploma or GED required.

- CPO and appliance repair certification is desired.

- 2+ years of maintenance experience is preferred.

- Attention to detail, customer-focused, and the ability to perform job duties in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 100 pounds on a regular basis throughout shift.

## Additional Information

The actual base pay offered is determined by several variables, including the applicant's qualifications for the position, years of relevant experience, distinctive skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held.
