## Description

We are seeking a Lead Project Engineer to join our Global Engineering Team at Diageo, based in St James Gate, Dublin, Ireland.

As a Lead Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in delivering the investment plan for asset investments on a year-on-year basis, with a focus on the Beer Category, which has an annual investment of approximately $450 million.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead a team of Capex Project Engineers assigned to various projects.

- Manage Health & Safety of contractor works, including managing a H&S Lead resource.

- Develop and lead project progress and cash delivery reporting tools and forums.

- Manage total cash spend for the project portfolio to an annual operating plan.

- Lead the long-range Capital Project planning process for the site.

- Utilize specialist engineering knowledge to support delivery to correct technical specifications.

- Ensure project compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards, Diageo Code of Conduct, and Legal & Regulatory Standards.

- Coordinate and manage external resources.

- Communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

**Requirements:**

- Strong Health & Safety experience.

- Engineering knowledge and experience.

- Considerable project management experience.

- Effective stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.

- Good at networking to establish excellent relationships.

- Ability to prioritize effectively.
